Bespoke Wedding Stationery
I absolutely loved working with Faye and Paddy on their wedding stationery, and I’m so grateful they chose Tales Creative to be a small part of their day.
Faye came to me with the most beautiful mood board filled with colours, references and ideas for how they wanted everything to feel. From there, we worked together to create a completely bespoke collection that tied in with their day while still feeling really personal to them.
One of my favourite parts of the whole project was creating all of the custom illustrations.
We wanted to bring little pieces of Faye and Paddy’s story into the stationery rather than everything just looking pretty for the sake of it. And obviously, that meant Wilma needed her moment.
Their gorgeous pup appeared across the table numbers in a whole collection of different poses, including Disco Wilma and Bride Wilma, which were definitely two of my favourites to draw.

There were lots of different pieces to bring together for the day, including:

Lots of custom illustrations
Everything was designed to work together, using the same colours, typography and illustration style throughout so it all felt like one collection.
Seeing the finished stationery in place on the day was so lovely. It fitted in perfectly with everything else Faye and Paddy had chosen, and it was really nice seeing all of those little details we’d worked on finally come together.
This is exactly why I love creating bespoke wedding stationery. It gives us the chance to make something that actually feels like you, whether that’s through your colours, favourite places, little references to your relationship or, apparently very importantly, putting your dog in a tiny wedding outfit.
